Sign-Up for a Mentor Group

Mentor Groups are small, same-gender gatherings designed to help you grow into a self-feeding Christian — someone who knows how to engage Scripture personally and align their life with God's Word.

Each group meets monthly for about 90 minutes, and discuses the Bible together, not just for knowledge, but for real-life transformation. The goal is deep spiritual growth through honest conversations, biblical insight, and practical next steps.

Key Details:

  • Focus: Scripture reading and spiritual habits
  • Group Size: 8 to 10 people
  • Meeting Rhythm: Once a month for 9 months

Kenneth Fletcher

Meets the first Wednesday of the month in Braintree at 7pm. Ages: 25 - 45.

Hi! My name is Kenneth, and I serve as the Groups Director at Grace Church — Braintree location. I’m also a Professor of Computer Science at UMass Boston. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball and tennis, as well as going on road biking adventures!

Meets the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM in Braintree.

Hi! My name is Tony, and I serve at the as a First Impressions Coach and a Life Group leader at Grace church — Braintree Location. I am also a General Contractor with a focus on residential work. My hobbies are reading, doing nothing and watching football.

Deborah Bondzie

Meets every other Wednesday starting on February 18, 2026 in Holbrook at 6:30 PM.

Hello! My name is Deborah Bondzie. I currently lead a life group with my husband Philip with whom we have four children. I am an attorney with a transactional real estate and juvenile law practice. Meets third Thursday of the Month in Holbrook at 6:30 pm. Ages: 20 - 50

First meeting: March 19 (later start due to Feb Missions trip) 2nd meeting: April 16 3rd meeting: May 21

Hi! I'm Melissa. I am a Missions Coach for Grace Church as well as the First Impressions Director, and a Middle School Youth Group Leader at Grace Church - Braintree Location. I am an Occupational Therapist who works as a Medical Review Specialist. In my free time, I love hanging out with my family and cooking meals that we can gather around the table while catching up on life happenings. I also enjoy binge-watching girl drama comedy movies/shows with my daughter. I have a passion for painting, enjoy music, the beach is my happy place, and I thrive at bargain shopping!

Meets Last Monday of every month in Braintree at 7pm.

Hi! My name is Esi, and I serve as the Grace Kids Preschool Coach at our Braintree location. I love cooking, spending time with my family, and opening up our home to host and connect with others. I’m excited to meet you all.

Nicole Knopp

Hi, I’m Nicole — a wife, mom of three, and creative at heart. I’ve been serving and leading at Grace Church for nearly 18 years, and I currently have the joy of investing in the next generation and partnering with families at Grace Braintree as the Kids Director.

I love my family deeply and am passionate about creating space for women to grow in their faith, build authentic relationships, and confidently step into who God has called them to be. I’m excited to walk alongside you as we pursue Jesus together.

This group will meet monthly in Braintree, while the day of the week and start time is TBA.
